Apoteker (Pharmacist) - Quality & Production

PT Beauty Innovation Laboratories (BIL) is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Apoteker to join our dynamic team in Semarang Tengah. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing cosmetic production processes, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. As an Apoteker, you will work closely with our team of scientists, production staff, and quality control personnel to maintain the integrity of our products from formulation to final packaging.

Your daily tasks will include conducting quality checks, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and managing inventory of raw materials and finished goods. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records and reports, and collaborating with regulatory bodies to ensure our products meet all legal requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with GMP and industry standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests using equipment such as HPLC, GC, and microbiological testing kits.
• Maintain detailed records and reports of all quality control activities and inspections.
• Collaborate with the production team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products to prevent contamination and degradation.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, including ordering, receiving, and storing.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in pharmaceutical and cosmetic quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic quality control.
• Certification in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or related quality control standards.
• Proficiency in using quality control equipment such as HPLC, GC, and microbiological testing kits.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
