You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement advanced technologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and analyze production data using tools like SAP and MES systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
Implement Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI, and predictive maintenance to enhance manufacturing operations.
Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
Provide training and support to production teams on new processes and technologies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing process optimization.
Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), and Industry 4.0 technologies are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using SAP, MES, and other manufacturing software.
Experience with IoT, AI, and predictive maintenance technologies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
