📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure that materials are ordered and received in a timely manner.
• Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss supply chain performance and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and inventory.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
