📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies using SAP Maintenance Management and Maximo.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance services, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven expertise in using SAP Maintenance Management and Maximo.
• Certification in ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali.
• Ability to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
