📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Manage and supervise operational staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and ensure adherence to company policies.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.,Prepare and present operational reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
