📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Train and supervise store staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports.,Participate in store promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Experience in managing a team is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
