📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mengoperasikan kapal dengan aman dan efisien.
  • Memastikan keselamatan dan kesehatan awak kapal.
  • Mengikuti prosedur dan regulasi maritim yang berlaku.
  • Melaporkan kondisi kapal dan operasi ke manajemen.
  • Menjaga lingkungan laut dan mematuhi aturan perlindungan lingkungan.
  • Mengawasi kinerja awak kapal dan memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap aturan keselamatan maritim.
  • Mengelola inventaris dan peralatan kapal.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA atau setara.
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Kapten di kapal niaga.
  • Memiliki sertifikat STCW (STCW Basic Safety Training) dan STCW Basic Safety Training.
  • Memiliki sertifikat GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System).
  • Memiliki sertifikat ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display and Information System).
  • Memiliki sertifikat COW (Certificate of Competency for Watchkeeping).
  • Memiliki sertifikat ARPA (Automatic Radar Plotting Aids).
  • Memiliki sertifikat EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon).
