📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including navigation, cargo handling, and crew management.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations, safety standards, and company policies.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including route planning and fuel management.,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct regular safety drills and emergency response training for the crew.,Monitor and report on vessel performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and compliance with environmental regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide leadership and support to the crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner Certificate (MM) or equivalent.,Proficient in English and local language.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental regulations.,Experience with voyage planning and route optimization.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.
