📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.,Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for project challenges.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
