📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the transport department to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other departments to manage schedules and routes.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance and safety standards.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.,Manage and optimize the use of company resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transport industry.,Strong knowledge of transport operations and logistics management.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and logistics management tools.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
