Shine Tech Mandiri is seeking a talented Deputy Project Engineer to join our team in Canggu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and engineering, with a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

In this role, you will work closely with our senior engineers and project managers to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects, managing teams of engineers and technicians, and ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage teams of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met on all projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, and track progress against these targets.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during projects.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and engineering.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant engineering software and tools.
