📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, including inventory management and food cost control.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent quality and service.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining food safety standards.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Good understanding of inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to work well in a team and mentor junior staff.
