📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze production data using tools like SAP and MES systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
• Implement Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI, and predictive maintenance to enhance manufacturing operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Provide training and support to production teams on new processes and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing process optimization.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), and Industry 4.0 technologies are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP, MES, and other manufacturing software.
• Experience with IoT, AI, and predictive maintenance technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
