Home Credit Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Field Collection Officer to join our team in Mojokerto. As a Field Collection Officer, you will be responsible for collecting overdue payments from our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit assigned customers to collect overdue payments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collections.,Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues.,Follow up on non-payments and report to the collections manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Assist in the resolution of disputes and complaints.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel and work in various locations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
