Depot Oka Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. This role is crucial in ensuring our delivery vehicles are well-maintained, drivers are trained, and routes are efficiently planned. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Oversee driver scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Handle vehicle documentation, insurance, and compliance with regulations.,Provide support to drivers and resolve any operational issues.,Maintain accurate records of fleet operations and generate reports as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Valid driver's license and experience with driving company vehicles is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
