📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to support employee development.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and facilitate the recruitment process.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with AEON's business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and other HR management systems.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
