Cemerlang Electronics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our newly opened restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, and a proven track record of managing a successful restaurant. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and from home. The restaurant operates from 10 AM to 10 PM, Monday to Sunday.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain food quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience with budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management tools.
