VEGA Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. As a Training Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, slides, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
