📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Review and edit technical documents to meet quality standards,Assist in developing user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical content,Provide technical writing support during product launches and updates,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical writing processes,Assist in creating and managing technical writing templates and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Understanding of basic technical concepts and processes

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareAdobe FrameMaker)Content Management Systems (CMS)Version control systems (e.g.Git)Basic knowledge of HTML and CSSProject management skillsAbility to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
