📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support.,Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback.,Manage employee relations, including discipline and grievance handling.,Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.,Develop and implement training and development programs for employees.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
