📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall business performance.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong background in coordinating logistics operations.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
