📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of shop assistants to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate and well-organized.,Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely restocking of products.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role.,Proven experience in retail management or team leadership.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.,Ability to work shifts and weekends as required.,High school diploma or equivalent, with further education preferred.
