📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the design and development of training programs using Moodle and Google Classroom
• Support the implementation of learning initiatives and track participant progress
• Collaborate with the L&D team to create and deliver engaging training materials
• Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
• Assist in the coordination of workshops and webinars using Microsoft Teams
• Support the development of learning content, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training
• Assist in the administration of the learning management system (LMS)
• Contribute to the creation of training materials and resources for internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong interest and passion for learning and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of educational technology and e-learning platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
