📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting thorough client assessments to determine loan eligibility and requirements.
• Using PCN Finance System to manage loan applications, track progress, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing clear and concise financial advice.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to promote our loan products and services in the local community.
• Participating in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Monitoring loan performance and providing regular updates to the credit team.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to increase loan product awareness.
• Ensuring all loan transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, loan processing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of microfinance and financial inclusion principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using PCN Finance System and other relevant financial software.
• Certification in financial services or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for field work.
