📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Promote a safe and respectful work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
