In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.,Develop and implement production schedules to meet daily targets.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure a well-functioning team.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve any production-related issues.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a production or manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing production processes and teams.,Strong knowledge of quality control and safety standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration) is a plus.,Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
