Bold Root Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia with a stable internet connection.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Develop and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns.,Track and report on sales performance and KPIs to ensure targets are met.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
