Urban Market Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

We are an online grocery store that delivers fresh products to your doorstep. We are looking for a Shop Assistant who is passionate about food and has excellent customer service skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stock and organize products in the store, ensuring that the shelves are well-maintained and products are easily accessible.
  • Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves, cleaning, and organizing products.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.
  • Promote products and special offers to customers to drive sales and engagement.
  • Keep up-to-date with store policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with basic computer systems and software.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
  • Passionate about food and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
