📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, staffing, and sales.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.,Maintain accurate records of all store transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
