📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry contacts.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform business decisions.,Prepare and present regular business development reports to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Balikpapan and Kalimantan Timur.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
