Crystal Market Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the finance team in achieving their goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable records.,Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and reconcile bank transactions, monitor cash flow, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documents.,Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
