Warung Maya Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining the store's profitability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns.,Maintain the store's profitability by monitoring sales, expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures.,Manage and train staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services, and can provide excellent customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Promote the café's brand and products through marketing and promotional activities.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure the store meets company-wide goals and objectives.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the regional manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in inventory management and cost control.,Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Proven track record of improving sales and profitability in previous roles.
