🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
