📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve a variety of traditional Indonesian beverages, including kopi, teh, and minuman lainnya.
- Ensure that all beverages are made to the highest standards of quality and taste.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized beverage station, including cleaning and restocking equipment and supplies.
- Assist customers with beverage selection and ensure their satisfaction.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in beverage preparation.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai barista atau beverage crew di restoran, kafe, atau tempat serupa.
- Paham dengan baik berbagai jenis kopi, teh, dan minuman tradisional Indonesia.
- Kemampuan untuk bekerja di bawah tekanan dan dalam lingkungan yang sibuk.
- Kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi dengan baik dan ramah dengan pelanggan.
- Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara mandiri dan dalam tim.
- Kemampuan untuk mengikuti prosedur kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja.
- Kemampuan untuk menggunakan berbagai peralatan dan mesin pembuatan minuman.
- Kemampuan untuk bekerja shift malam jika diperlukan.
