📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with RMs to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate treasury space.
• Develop tailored financial solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Drive the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
• Leverage your financial expertise to advise clients on optimal treasury strategies and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate treasury and financial services.
• Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the sales management team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share best practices and learn from colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate treasury functions, including liquidity management, foreign exchange, and risk management.
• Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as Salesforce, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Certification in corporate treasury management or a related field is a plus.
