📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually stunning and culturally rich digital content for Batik Arkanza's social media platforms, website, and promotional materials.
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with our brand's mission to preserve and promote Indonesian batik heritage.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistency and quality across all digital content.
• Use industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to bring batik designs to life.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation and storytelling.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for content creation and storytelling that resonate with our target audience.
• Measure the performance of our digital content and use data-driven insights to refine our content strategy.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the creative direction of our digital content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms (Social Media, SEO, Email Marketing).
• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
• Deep knowledge and appreciation for Indonesian batik culture and its historical significance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
