📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sorting equipment, including conveyors, sorters, and packaging machines.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they cause downtime.
• Carry out preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment longevity and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly, minimizing operational disruptions.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment conditions in our internal system.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades to our equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with sorting equipment, conveyors, and packaging machines.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to other J&T Express facilities.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
