📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD for chiller and AC systems.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure drawings meet project specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data for accurate drawings and estimates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and records.
• Provide technical support to the project team as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC drafting and estimating.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Mechanical.
• Familiarity with HVAC software and tools.
• Strong understanding of chiller and air conditioning systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid certification in HVAC drafting and estimating is a plus.
