📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties to guests.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.,Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of equipment and supplies.
